When you connect broker accounts via API keys, you grant Traiq permission to access your account data for the purposes of displaying portfolio information and executing trades (if enabled). You are responsible for setting appropriate API permissions. Traiq is not responsible for losses resulting from API misuse.
The $TRQ token is a utility token for the Traiq platform. It is not available to US persons. Token availability is subject to applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Tokens are not securities and do not represent ownership in INNOVATEX DIGITAL.
You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose; to circumvent any applicable laws or regulations; to transmit harmful or malicious code; to interfere with or disrupt platform infrastructure; or to scrape, harvest, or collect data from the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, INNOVATEX DIGITAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
