INNOVATEX DIGITAL - FZCO ("we", "us", "Traiq") is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. By using Traiq, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: provide and improve the platform; generate AI trade analysis; send transactional emails (performance reports, billing receipts, product updates); monitor signal outcomes for your trade journal; calculate your Decision Edge Score; process payments via Stripe; and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following processors, each contractually bound to GDPR-equivalent data protection standards: • Anthropic — Claude API for AI trade analysis • Stripe — payment processing • Mailgun — transactional email delivery • Clerk — user authentication • Cloudflare — infrastructure, CDN, and privacy-first analytics • Supabase — database hosting (EU region)

Broker API Data

API keys are encrypted with AES-256 at rest and in transit. We request read-only or trade-only permissions only. We never request, accept, or store withdrawal permissions. API keys are never logged in plaintext and are never shared with third parties. You can delete API keys at any time from your dashboard.

Data Retention

Active account: data retained while your account is active. Closed account: deleted within 30 days of account closure. Waitlist data: retained until IDO completion, then deleted unless you have a live account. Legal hold: we may retain certain data where required by applicable law.

Cookies and Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics — a cookieless, privacy-first analytics solution that collects no personal data. We use session cookies for authentication (Clerk). We do not use third-party advertising trackers or behavioral profiling cookies.

Your Rights

Under GDPR and equivalent privacy laws, you have the right to: • Access your personal data • Correct inaccurate data • Request deletion ("right to be forgotten") • Restrict or object to processing • Data portability • Withdraw consent at any time To exercise any of these rights, contact hello@traiq.io with the subject line "Privacy Request". We will respond within 30 days.

Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in the UAE, the EU (Supabase), and the US (Stripe, Mailgun, Anthropic). All international transfers are conducted under standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards in accordance with applicable data protection law.

Children's Privacy

Traiq is not directed at persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, contact us immediately at hello@traiq.io and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any material changes to this policy take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
