Agreement to Terms

By accessing traiq.io or using the Traiq platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, do not access or use the service.

Description of Service

Traiq is an AI-powered trading intelligence platform that provides analytical data including AI-generated entry prices, stop-loss levels, take-profit targets, win probability estimates, and risk-to-reward ratios. The platform also provides broker trust scores, multi-account management, trade journaling, and a Decision Edge Score. All outputs are for informational and educational purposes only.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Traiq. The service is not available to US persons or to residents of countries subject to OFAC sanctions. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.

Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep your information up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at hello@traiq.io. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your account.

Subscription and Payments

Free plan: no payment required, subject to usage limits. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Current pricing: Starter $9/month, Pro $19/month — prices subject to change with 30 days notice via email. A 7-day refund policy applies to the first payment only; subsequent payments are non-refundable. Payments made using $TRQ tokens are non-refundable. 50% of $TRQ token payments are permanently burned; the remainder is applied to subscription credit.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls; reverse engineer or decompile the platform or its AI models; use the platform for any illegal purpose; share account credentials with third parties; use automated scrapers, bots, or data extraction tools; or interfere with the platform's servers, networks, or security systems.

API Key Security

If you connect broker or exchange accounts, we store your API keys using AES-256 encryption at rest and in transit. We only accept trade-only or read-only API permissions — we never request or store withdrawal permissions. We never transmit API keys in plaintext. You accept full responsibility for the API keys you provide and the permissions you grant.

$TRQ Token

The $TRQ token is a utility token and does not constitute a security, equity interest, or ownership stake in Traiq or INNOVATEX DIGITAL - FZCO. Holding $TRQ does not entitle holders to dividends, voting rights, or any share of company profits. Token utility is subject to change. $TRQ is not available to US persons.

Intellectual Property

All content, AI models, algorithms, brand assets, trademarks, and software comprising the Traiq platform are owned by INNOVATEX DIGITAL - FZCO or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of AI signals, or accuracy of broker or market data. Our total liability is limited to fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any trading losses, loss of profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless INNOVATEX DIGITAL - FZCO and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform or breach of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms or fraudulent activity. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your personal data will be deleted within 30 days of account closure, except where retention is required by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days notice of material changes via email. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
